Founded in 2012 by Kyle and Jane Materi, WYO Services started as a small fencing operation in Gillette, Wyoming. As client needs grew beyond a single service, so did the company — expanding into pad construction, reclamation, infrastructure, and turnkey site development.

Today, WYO Services operates across the Powder River Basin with a reputation built almost entirely through word-of-mouth. When field managers need a contractor they can count on to show up, execute, and close out the job right — they call WYO.
