WYO Services was built by people who know the land, the equipment, and the work. From the founders to every operator and crew member in the field.
Kyle and Jane Materi started WYO Services in 2012 with a fencing crew and the kind of work ethic that comes from growing up on Wyoming rangeland. Kyle's background in land work and heavy equipment operation set the foundation — he knows what it takes to move dirt, build pads, and get a site ready for production because he's done it himself from the seat of every machine on the spread.
Jane handles operations and business management, keeping the company organized as it scaled from two people to a multi-crew contractor. Scheduling, logistics, client coordination — the back-office work that makes field operations run on time.
Together, they grew WYO Services the same way they grew up: by doing the work, earning trust, and saying yes when clients needed more. What started with fence posts expanded into dirt work, reclamation, cattle guard fabrication, and full turnkey site development. The growth followed demand, not a business plan — and it's kept the company grounded in the field work that started it all.
WYO Services has expanded steadily since 2012, adding crews and capabilities as client demand grew across the Powder River Basin. The team today covers every phase of oilfield site work — from dirt moving through final reclamation.
Experienced operators who run dozers, excavators, graders, and scrapers across pad construction, reclamation, and infrastructure projects. They know the machines, the terrain, and the standards expected on oilfield sites in Wyoming.
Ground crews who handle fencing installation, seeding, erosion control, cattle guard placement, and the hands-on work that keeps projects moving. Many crew members have ranching backgrounds and understand land stewardship from the ground level.
Scheduling, logistics, and client communication. Coordinating equipment moves, crew assignments, and project timelines so that multiple jobsites run smoothly at the same time across the basin.
Welders and fabricators who build cattle guards, custom steel structures, and handle field repairs. In-house fabrication keeps turnaround fast and gives WYO Services direct control over the quality of every component that goes into a project.
WYO Services is always looking for skilled operators, welders, and field crew who want to build a career in oilfield site work. If you know heavy equipment, fencing, or fabrication — and you're willing to put in the work — we want to hear from you.
